Sustaining progressive learning

As I surface through a sea of spam, I can see more clearly that to provide a progressive learning environment, is a commercial reality, trad education is pricing itself up, and some people just resent the judgemental testing schemes.

So what I am say is it would be nice to use this forum to outline some solutions, outside of the ofsted, surely it is insted.

But seriously this is more than just possible, the solution is so simple, zero tolerance to testing, with tutors assisting learners in a collection of short courses booked through a mini crowd funding type scheme.

So what do you think non spammer persons. (Or indeed spammers if you have a view)
