It may help to read up on progressive education, and find out if their are any practitioners in your area. Truth is here in the UK that it has leaked into the mainstream, but it tamed by assessment. But the purer forms are only available to those who can after the £18,000 to £30,000 per year school fees.

Derek you do have the power to deliver a progressive learning agenda, just do it, what is more I am sure it is possible to do so within contained administrative circumstances, you may just need to be careful how you talk to the administrators.

Hi I actually am skeptical in the value of taking any exam at all, to me submitting to other peoples test is failure in itself. That is not to say that I am not willing to take on a challenge, its just that many of the testings schemes I see are just nonsense.
